Refunds

All items are made to order with care and as a small business we do not keep any stock. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns / exchanges unless there's a defect in the item you've received.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
